Navdeep Sanghara, Non-Executive Trustee

Nav became the CEO of The Woodland Academy Trust in January 2021. She began her career as a teaching assistant and became a Headteacher in 2012. Throughout her career Nav has been driven to serve school communities with ambition, equity and excellence. She is passionate about high-quality professional development and building inclusive, learning communities that are underpinned by relationships and connection. Nav is always happy to share her thoughts and ideas about a range of educational themes.

Nav was appointed as a trustee in March 2018 and is a member of the Education Committee and Pay Committee.
